Hello! My name is Fabiano Nadler and I have been working as Head of Brivia’s User Experience Design team since 2010, of which I am also a partner. Although my mission as a leader is to direct my team’s work to achieve the best results, I believe that to be a good leader in this area, it is necessary to do the dirty job too. This involvement is important to keep up to date with the best practices and methodologies of an area that evolves and updates constantly and quickly. And also to be able to guide the team based on the knowledge of both the client’s business objectives and the needs of the project’s target audiences.
